Good News Chapel does not sell or rent personal information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Good News Chapel provides ministries, programs, conferences, and events that may involve children and youth.

Where appropriate, we may collect information about a minor that is reasonably necessary to administer a program or event, communicate with participants and families, and support participant safety.

Depending on the activity and information involved, we may request information, permission, acknowledgment, or consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Additional consent or documentation may apply to particular children's or youth ministries and events.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND LIVESTREAMING

Good News Chapel services, conferences, programs, and events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or livestreamed.

Photographs and recordings may be used for legitimate church and ministry purposes, including our websites, social media, promotional materials, livestreams, event recaps, and church archives.

Good News Chapel may use trusted third-party providers to support our websites, church management, online forms, event registration, email and SMS communications, donations and payment processing, livestreaming, analytics, cloud storage, and other ministry or administrative functions.

Some providers may process or store information outside British Columbia or Canada. Where this occurs, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed or stored.
